Because ProfireBlanket.com operates as a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer and supplier of fire safety products, our return and refund policy follows international wholesale trade standards.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Production
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
A full refund of the deposit may be granted.
1.2 After Production Has Started
Once materials are purchased or production has started, cancellation fees may apply.
Refund of deposits will be determined based on actual production progress and costs incurred.
1.3 Custom or OEM Orders
All customized orders, OEM/ODM products, private-label packaging, or customer-specified designs are non-refundable once production has begun.
2. Returns Eligibility
Since our products are fire-safety tools and subject to strict quality and certification controls:
❌ We do not accept returns for non-defective products
❌ We do not accept returns due to customer decision changes
❌ We do not accept returns after dispatch unless the goods are defective
Only the following conditions qualify for returns:
2.1 Product Quality Defects
If the product received has manufacturing defects that affect functionality or safety, we will:
- Replace the defective items
OR - Provide a refund for the defective units
Subject to inspection and agreement.
2.2 Shipment Damage
Damage caused during transportation must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
We may request:
- Photos or videos
- Packing images
- Quantity details
We will provide replacement, refund, or partial credit depending on severity.
2.3 Wrong Product Delivery
If items delivered do not match the confirmed PI (Proforma Invoice), we will:
- Arrange replacement
- Cover return or reshipment costs
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged by misuse or mishandling
- Items modified by the buyer
- Goods stored improperly by the buyer
- Fire blankets, welding blankets, or safety products that have been used
- Custom/OEM goods after production begins
4. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment account
- Processing typically takes 7–14 business days
- Bank or transfer fees are non-refundable
5. Replacement Policy
If replacement is approved, we will:
- Produce and ship replacements at our cost
- Or provide spare quantities in your next shipment

- Order number / PI number
- Company name
- Description of issue
- Photos or videos
- Quantity affected
